4. The Code of Deviance (Conduct)

All members and guests must adhere to our Code of Conduct. Failure to do so will result in immediate expulsion and permanent ban.

• Consent: Consent must be enthusiastic, informed, and can be withdrawn at any time. "No" means no, and a lack of "Yes" also means no.
• Respect: Treat all members, staff, and the venue with the utmost respect. Harassment, bullying, or judgmental behavior is strictly prohibited.
• Photography & Recording: The use of cameras, mobile phones for recording, or any other capture device is strictly prohibited at our events. We protect the privacy of our sanctuary.

5. Event Attendance and Safety

Members attend events at their own risk. While we strive to provide a safe and controlled environment, xxxclubs is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during our gatherings. Members are responsible for their own well-being and for ensuring their guests adhere to all rules.

6. Fees and Payments

Membership fees are non-refundable. Event tickets are subject to the specific cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice to members.

7. Prohibited Activities

Illegal substances, non-consensual behavior, and the solicitation of illegal services are strictly prohibited. We cooperate with law enforcement when necessary to ensure the safety and legality of our operations.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall xxxclubs or its affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or attendance at our events.
